In April we were in travelling mood.. This time we rented cars for prolonged weekend during Easter and went exploring the west.. On the map you can see approximately our way around (we went clockwise).

Ruins of a castle
At our first stop we got unexpected free guided tour by an older man with a great hair cut!
Cranes at the lake
At that time of the year, thousands of cranes migrate from Spain to enjoy spring in Sweden.

Läcko castle
This castle is said to be one of the most beautiful in Sweden, located on the Vänern lake shore. Most importantly, it's in the TOP 10 of my tourist guide for Southern Sweden! Unfortunately the castle itself was still closed. But it must be great in summer..
Trollhättan waterfalls
Nothing special, to be honest.. It was too early in the year and there was not enough water, but in summer it must be great!

First night in Uddevalla camp cabins.
